MANAGING PARTNER
Ocie L. Vest, PE, has over 30 years of experience as a professional engineer in private land development, including master-planned communities, retail, office, industrial and multifamily projects. Mr. Vest holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, California and Nevada.
Judith Vest
MANAGING PARTNER
Judith Vest has 30 years of experience in financial management, residential real estate, consultant business development, and historic preservation at the municipal and county levels. She served as Tarrant County Historical Preservation Chairman from 2007-2009, and is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Texas Historical Commission.

MANAGING PARTNER + INNOVATION MANAGER
Ocie C. Vest, MBA, is the Innovation Manager for Southridge Park, and holds a graduate degree from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business MBA Program. He is a former Marine Infantry Officer with multiple combat deployments, numerous high-level advisory missions, and lead training positions at several Marine Infantry commands. By the time he retired from the Marine Corps as a Major, he had received seven personnel awards and was rated twice as the top company commander.
